- Inspecting almost over 18 stores of Nstyle/UML in UAE (Abu Dhabi/Sharjah and Dubai).
- Making sure customer service/standard setup and hygiene is up to standard.
- Handling all the documents and preparing brief reports on my visits to maintain proper record of each visit and reporting it directly to higher management.
- Preparing SOPs and handling induction and training for the new joiners, doing in store training with staff with regards to up-selling products/upgrading services and doing role plays in stores with regards to customer service.
- Co-ordinate with different departments (Finance, HR, Procurement, training, contact center and maintenance department) in order to make sure all issues are rectified at store level at the earliest.
- Spot checking all government documents and make sure all are updated. Also updating HR on expired documents.
- Visiting Economic department/Municipality department for inquiries related to Nstyle stores.
- Supporting HR in solving staff issues.
- Coordinating with procurement department in order to make sure all products are available in all stores so sales revenue is not affected. Also helping auditors in inventories.
- Relieving store managers whenever requested by management.
- Keeping confidentiality in all documents and reports of company.
