Role In Ten Sports
Traffic:
Scheduling Commercials/Promo’s in the available time slots for various channels.
Manage proper commercial material for clients
Maintaining Logs
Maintain file records for each broadcasted material
Assist with the timely generation of regular reports
Daily log reconciliation
Programming:
Manage Live and delayed broadcast schedules.
Insert program schedule in the broadcasting software like: highlights, live events, magazine shows, Matches, etc.
Support the team in program planning and daily channel management.
Input new programs and enter all relevant program details into the software & Bookings site.
MY ROLE IN THE PRINT MEDIA COMPANY
Assisting the Sales manager in making quotations, pitching for new clients etc.
Arranging meeting with the clients and attending meetings
Negotiating with the clients about the details of the campaign.
Constantly keeping in touch with various clients through phone & emails.
Clients included - JCDecaux, L’Oreal, Open D, Dunhill etc.
Getting the artwork approved
Follow up from the agency regarding the print ads whether they have been printed and placed according to the schedule.
promoting and selling of L.G mobile phones.
Meeting with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
Presenting and discussing the campaign ideas with the client
Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
Arranging and attending meetings;
Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
