Also includes performing arts theatres and studios, research laboratories, sports facilities including indoor Olympic size swimming pool, running track (indoor and outdoor), basketball courts, football pitches with grandstand seating and tennis courts etc.
Roles and responsibilities include:-
• Directly responsible for management and delivery of 7no. 9 storey mixed use tower blocks including educational classrooms, faculty offices, research laboratories, auditoriums and lecture theatres, commercial kitchens/dining and the student and post graduate accommodation.
• Responsible for overall project management providing leadership and direction to all project operations from design to execution.
• Management of direct delivery of the RC/PT Sub and superstructure with direct workforce in excess of 1, 500 operatives and 40 staff members.
• Management of all sub-contract packages including precast concrete, façades, waterproofing, MEP, blockwork, dry-lined walls and ceilings, floor screeds and finishes, joinery, stonework and tiling. Etc.
• Monitoring and reporting work progress on a day to day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents and project budgets.
• Participation in sub-contractor selection and contract awards.
• Management and implementation of Health and Safety policy and procedures.
• Management of change.

• Project Consisted of 16 no. 14 storey residential towers, 1no. commercial tower, 148 townhouses and 11 high specification Villa's plus a small amount of Retail and basement car parking.
Roles and responsibilities included:-
• Directly responsible for management and delivery of the towers on the island plot consisting of 5No. 14 Storey residential towers with 318 apartments, basement car parking, large landscaped podium with communal swimming pools.
• Planned & sequenced the project from tender stage including selection and placement of tower cranes, revision of construction sequence to best suit programme durations, selection of formwork and falsework systems, determination of best construction techniques and preparation of project tender preliminaries.
• Managed a direct team of 70+ staff members and a peak direct labour force of 1, 100 operatives.
• Managed direct delivery of numerous packages including the RC sub and superstructure, Blockwork, self-levelling floor compound to all floors, sealant package and Ceramic Tiling.
• Directly Managed all sub-contractors with a workforce peaking at over 1, 000 operatives.
• Successfully managed costs and expenditure to complete the towers on programme and within budget.
• Managed the project from inception to completion and final handovers.
