• Continual development and focus on core keywords to achieve better organic visibility on search engines; ensuring constant visibility in top 10 results across search engines.
• Managed end-to-end partner relations of Extended warranty product. Managed large account of one of India’s largest E-commerce player.
• Liased with cross-functional teams - IT, UW, Compliance, Ops and Contact centre to digitally launch FG Insure mobile app. Pivoted contemporary digital strategy to achieve a very low CPC and achieved 3k + downloads on Play Store \[Android\] and App Store \[Apple\] on a string tight budget.
Concurrent with AVP - Digital Strategy role, led company’s omni-channel digital strategy including e-commerce, digital media, business development, lead generation, insurance awareness, marketing and branding.
Insurance Awareness - Created and led the insurance education program for masses, and sponsored the #AskFG program. Shot 100 short films on questions asked by the gentry on insurance and ensured that the answers were given by the top management of the company including Retail Head, SVP- Customer Service, IT and Health and COO. Initiative garnered over 3M eyeballs.
Asset Maximization, Revenue Growth & Business Development
• Conducted market research and industry benchmarking for top insurance companies in India, translating key insights into a revamped e-commerce platform.
• Completely transformed the website homepage to more sales and “quick access” oriented portal, thereby reducing the number of clicks required for a customer to buy/renew policy or get assistance. This also considerably reduced traffic navigation depth.
• Led and set up google analytics for revamped e-commerce platform to get in-depth customer insights and to be able to deep dive into customer life cycle and acquisition flow.
• Increased business development revenue in 15 months leading strategy and negotiations for agreements with nationally recognized brands and ad agencies.
• Reduced operating expenses while maintaining operating excellence standards.
Technology & Digital Advances
• Led the digital launch of the FG Insure app which is company’s first venture into customer facing mobile app.
• Liased with multiple cross-functional teams in UW, Compliance, Legal & IT and co-led the digital launch of policy delivery via Whatsapp- First Insurance company in the world to do so.
• Conceptualized and led the chatbot project. Did extensive research to create SRS & workflows in alignment with IT, Legal, UW, Claims and Finance and Contact Centre team to implement Chatbot built on Luis.ai.
BetterGhar.com is India’s 1st portal focused on simplifying home improvement by providing end to end solution from Consultation to Installation & everything in between.
• Designed and developed the website betterghar.com which lists 25, 000+ products and digital GTM strategy to attract user base of 1000’s of users on a narrow budget.
• Managed end-to end partner relations and product-launch lifecycle for new partnerships; Led multiple new product launches for in-house brand Kraza Lifestyle in the furniture and décor space.
• Set-up furniture manufacturing and led liaison with international brands to handle India operations for them. Also exported goods to 5 countries.
