Managing Entire infrastructure for connectivity of 8 states. Responsible for core network configuration and security issues. Assist on a network infrastructure project that involved revamping client network. The data center equipped with 2 7K (7010) nexus switches maintaining edge, core and distribution, 2 5540 ASA, 2 3900 ISR (CME), 21 Dell servers. Project consist of a routing/switching/security/voice infrastructure redesign utilizing Cisco 6500 series switches with integrated FWSM and IDSM modules. Implemented NetQoS Report Analyzer appliance to utilize Netflow and SNMP statistics from critical network devices. Designed and implemented end-to-end QoS (Quality of Service) according to the Diffserv Model to support Cisco IP telephony applications. Implemented VPN point-to-point tunnels to other remote sites utilizing IPSEC/GRE/OSPF over Cisco 2600 series routers. Designed and implemented failover external connectivity utilizing HSRP with Enhanced Object Tracking. Designed and deployed a link failover method at each site utilizing VPN concentrators/ASA firewalls and IPSEC Tunnels. Performing Vulnerability assessment every weekend.
Worked at L3 of ANDU (Afghan Nation Defense University) NOC. Final point for any configuration and technical assistance. Designing, commissioning, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting with Cisco devices over UNDU Project ( A part of NATO Training Afghanistan). Participated in many small and medium Projects (ISP & OSP) of Ministry of Defense. Worked with integrated data and voice network. The campus network include more than 400 Cisco L3 3660 and 3750 Switches and 32 Cisco access points controlled by 2500 series wireless Lan controller. The network was L3 to maintain Voice and Data traffic separate and secure. The NOC core, distribution and edge maintained by Nexsus7K and 6513 switches. Maintaining necessary changes as required on Big IP F5 3900LTM Load balancer. Solar win used as a network monitoring and management tool.
Dealing with WAN as well as LAN of PANJAB NATIONAL BANK of JHARKHAND State on Lease-Line (conventional & MLLN), ISDN (BRI & PRI) (Video-Conference), RF and V - Sat. Monitoring and producing SLA Report daily for connectivity. Commissioning of new branches, Configuring new Routers (with EIGRP as a routing protocol) and Switches. Worked with BSNL & HCL V-SAT. Configuring, Upgrading and Reporting for Symantec Antivirus.
