• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
• Inventory management/Storage of luxury brands like LV, Chanel, Cartier, Rolex, Bvlgari and many more
• Perform critical inventory tasks Put/Cycle Count to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock and safely stored.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers/receiving and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory review reports weekly/monthly with management.
• Take care of stock received and stock outward & inward etc.
• To follow laid down operational SOPs (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO) & personnel policies & procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for running day to day operations(Inbound/Outbound/Inventory/RTV)
• Ensuring 100% accurate GRN within 12 hours of receiving of goods at wh and submission of invoice by next day EOD.
• Determining training needs of employees, conducting suitable training programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
• Managing & monitoring the performance of teams, maintaining shift statistic to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting individual and team targets.
• Responsible for mailing and communication with Internal depts./vendors.Handling Finance/Vendors Inter departmental Queries/ Escalations.
• Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core
• MIS reports generation & sharing with internal & external stake holders
• Coordinate with Central ops for performance metrics & exceptions if any
• Team management/Shift/Manpower on board as per work load and requirement
• Oversee purchase orders, data entry, and shipping and receiving.
• Lead and supervise inventory team, resolving problems, conducting training and setting schedules.
• Track, audit, and ensure adequate supply of inventory throughout the organization.
• Picking/Put away timely to ensure fulfill the order items
• Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions.
