Ensures accurateness of details given before invoicing vehicle for release (e.g unit details, payment details, registered name).
Schedule unit for release in coordination with Sales Admin. Supervisor & PDI.
Receive phone calls/inquiries to be endorsed to Sales Consultants.
Prepare quotations on vehicles specs & fax to clients in the absence of the assigned Sales Consultants.

Collate, segregate and distribute released folders in respective departments.

Log details of released vehicles in the “after sales” folder.
