Job Profile
Pre- Tender Contracts
• Meeting the Client/Consultant/end user to identify the requirements.
• Studying the Technical Drawings/Specifications Provided by the client or consultant
• Site Inspections to gather As built information.
• Internal meetings to ensure Technical/practical feasibility of various aspects of the proposal.
• Identify Subcontractors for the Post tender stage.
• Checking the Quantity Take off and Costing to finalize the Bill of Quantities.
• Discussion with the Client/Consultant to finalize the Commercial offer.
• Study & Interpretation of contact documents, discussions with Contract managers/Administrators.
• Arrange material Samples, Catalogues and Technical Specifications etc as required.
• Ensure the overall Proposal is in line with the requirements set by the client/consultant.

Post- Tender Contracts
• Assist the PM and Sr.QS in re-measuring the quantities in the BOQ from the “For Construction Drawings” prior to finalizing agreement with the subcontractors.
•Prepares and renders agreements and work orders according to the project specification and agreed quotation.
•Assist PM/SQS in evaluating & checking the submitted sub contractor’s billing as per the contract agreement.
•Assist PM/SQS in evaluating and preparing Variation Works to Client.
