DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Evaluate all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and develop
implementation strategies for all programs
* Provide optimal level of customer services and prepare all reports to identify cost cutting
initiatives.
* Manage all communication for purchase orders with vendors and analyze all
communication for same and resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with accounts
payable department to process all invoices.
* Design all purchase orders for all stock and non-stock items and ensure timely delivery of
all products and administer all vendor performance and facilitate corrective actions as
required.
* Assist in project’s asset management and asset tracking.
* Process payment documents as per procedure and inform suppliers for collection of their
cheques.
* Other duties as assigned.
Maintain records and develop reports concerning new or ongoing programs and program
effectiveness
Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings and various events for the Department Head.
Provide complete administrative support, including drafting and typing correspondence
and organize meeting
Coordinate activities with other departments, the staff and outside agencies.
Assist in a variety of department operations; perform special projects and assignments as
requested.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Performs standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, answering
phones and ordering supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
* Overall responsibility for the operations of the Hotel
* Analyze company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be
reorganized
* Allocate funds to departments and approve expenditures based on budgetary guidelines.
* Manage the Hotel to achieve the set financial target.
* Establish and maintain cordial relationships with hotel members.
* Responsible for preparing budgets, marketing strategies and setting targets for the Hotel
* Prepare and submit reports to the Management Committee of the Hotel.
