* Organize files and collect data to be entered into the computer.
* Analyze the data for errors.
* Report problems with the data.
* Accurately enter information into various computer programs.
Handle customer inquiries telephonically. * Research required information using available resources. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Provide customers with service information.
