• Review the contractor’s monthly deliverable like Monthly report, Milestone report, Cost report, and weekly Dashboards to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Analyze contractual matters which includes tenders, contract bids, Earned value method, familiar with scope management and change control.
• Checking the Pre-Construction Budget, review Construction cost, Cash flows and Project EAC Budget based on the change orders and additional quantities.
• Reviewing resource (manpower, equipment and material) histogram on weekly and monthly basis as required and evaluate the allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
• Develop Procurement Management Plans and guide Contractors for delivery of materials and equipment’s at site.
• Prepare the Earned Value Principle to monitor the Physical Progress in the Project. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
• Review bi-weekly and weekly time schedule as required for checking slippage of key dates.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Liaises with Package and Design manager, discussion with Architects, Engineering Professionals, Technical Workers to ensure required completion dates complies with contractual completion milestones and within the Budget.
• Construction supervision and Inspection of the whole Civil and Steel structure works.
• Overall supervision of HSE Procedures and Implementation at site.
• Overall Supervision of LEED Procedures and implementation at site.
• Coordination of Contractor’s material submission process and assisting client for the approvals.

• Supervision of Riyadh Bank Projects (From Starting up to Finishing) all over the Kingdom.
• Supervision of Mobily and Bank Albilad Projects in Tabuk, Riyadh and Jizan.
• Inspection and Supervision of Excavation for Piling Foundations, Steel Fixing, Setting of form work and Concreting of Piles.
• Arranging weekly meetings with client to discuss technical site matters along with other construction activities.
