Job Description:
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Map2U Sdn Bhd is a crucial leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic initiatives and long-term goals. The CSO will work closely with the executive team and report directly to the CEO.

Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Ensure accountability and progress tracking.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the company's strategic plans and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative impacts.
Financial Planning: Work with the finance department to ensure the allocation of resources aligns with the strategic priorities and financial goals.
Innovation: Drive a culture of innovation by promoting new ideas, technologies, and processes to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing strategy team, providing guidance and mentorship. Foster collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a spokesperson for the company's strategic initiatives, both internally and externally, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
