Service Manager
-Responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for all Oil &Gas products, for installation and field service activities in areas of gas turbines, compressors and steam turbines.
-Collect FSEs requirements from the site, understand customer requirements and identify suitable candidate(s) within the GE pool or using contractors.
-Provide directions to enable FSEs mobilizations to customer sites.
-Address eventual issues highlighted during site activities in order to achieve successful completion of the assigned task with Integrity and EHS compliance.
-Interact with regional Planning / Resources Management structure in order to cross-fulfil customer requirements.
-Work closely with the GE Shaheen JV and OTR team and provide the needed support for the on-going outages, and for the next planned outages.

SITE MANAGER
• Site Logistics: share and agree upon with Customer site opening conditions; shall verify that Customer provides required utilities (water, electric power, compressed air, etc )
• Safety: ensure that Operating Safety Plan shared between Environment Health Safety/Service Department and Customer is applied with no deviations.
• Site organization: define an organizational chart of supervision personnel in concurrence with PM2, shall always define the personnel enabled to have direct interface with Customer's reps.
• Site Planning: controls site work progress, with special reference to subcontracted manpower, in order to ensure timely completion of works. Communicates to PM2 progress data and the reasons for eventual discrepancies.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
• Installation and assembling activities of gas turbine/gas compressor/steam turbine and their auxiliaries equipment's such as oil console, air system, interconnection piping, coolers, structure, ducts, oil flushing, blowing, etc.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil system, starting system, fuel gas system, air system.
• Equipment start-up, diagnostic and troubleshooting.
• Boroscope inspection..
• Combustion inspection.
• Hot Gas Path Inspection.

• Perform mechanical repairs at machining tools in the workshop.

• Monitor the operation of the offshore platform and keep it in operation for 24 Hrs/Day.
• Trouble shoot & Operate any equipment suddenly stopped in the platform then load it.
• Follow up the daily readings (Every 4 hrs) of the platform equipment and review it.
• Review the critical spare parts (which should be always available on the platform) and be sure that it is existed and in good condition
• Check quantity and usability of the required spare parts of each periodical maintenance (PM'S) and provide list of the missing parts
• Participate in the periodical maintenance as a membership in maintenance crew
• Participate in the major maintenance activities (such as overhauls) and prepare for it.
• Apply the contingency plans in case of any un-safe situation, and coordinate with others to control this un-safe situation (such as, gas leak, fire, explosion, etc )
• Execute the Training plans for the newly hired crew (technicians or engineers)
• Optimize the maintenance methods (pm - cm - condition monitoring) to achieve the maximum availability of the machines and lowest maint. Cost.
• Issue annual report for the unscheduled down time for all turbine packages and identify the root causes of the down time then handle it next year
• Putting a data base for all equipment under my supervision (down time - pm - readings - safety records - training - equipment status)
• Calibration and Adjustment for Different Kinds of Pressure - Temperature - Level Switches / Transmitters.
