* Inputs and output of dedicated PLCs as per application.
* Supervised the whole renovation phases, implemented a detailed Daily BOM for whole 240 room with a daily report of each upgrade and project progress.
* Assisting Chief Engineer in all Hygiene requirements and policies by controlling all chemical dosing for all water loops, swimming pools, and the preventive of LEGIONELLA activity.

- Maintenance and checking of the chillers and there cooling towers either water cooling or air cooling, Also maintenance of the air hand units

On our graduation project, we were 10 students on building whole " Thermo Forming Packing Machine" machine it was about packing syringes but also it can pack any health products or food products or any materials need high centralization by just changing it Forming & Sealing die.
Of course this machine include lot of mechanical and electric devices such as:
pneumatic pistons, forming die, sealing die, ac motor, chain, chain wit clamps, chassis and it welding, thermo coils, gaskets, control panel, connectors, switches, wires, plc "programmable logic control"
