Currently working as Senior Assistant Instrument Engineer at CHLOR ALKALI plant at Engro polymer chemical ltd. My responsibilities are to supervise & execute work in field maintenance for PM & CM activities in the plant.
Responsible for project activities in field & Marshalling Panels & also on DCS.
Responsible for field instruments PM & CM activities supervision & execution in field & closure of their Notification & work orders in SAP PM module.
Responsible for field online Analyzers PM & CM (pH, Conductivity, Density, Oxygen, Hydrogen, chlorine, Moisture analyser of chlorine compressor.
Experience of Honeywell PKS 3000, Siemens S300, 200, 700 PLC field issues rectification.
Experience of McQuay, York, Carrier chillers instruments & control system field related issues rectification.
Dupont safety system PSM knowledge & site certification from safety.
