Prepare the HSE reports.
Supervision over the subcontractor workers and drivers to ensure all teams follow the HSE regulations.
HSE training.
Camp and equipment inspection.
Review all HSE programs submitted by contractors for compliance with the respective construction contract.
Following each review, provide the contarctors with an HSE program review report, including recommendation, whether the program should be approved or with justification, rejected or rectified. Assist the employer in compiling review comments and conveying the employer's decision (approval, Rejection or request to rectify) to the contractor.
Implement the HSE standards and monitor the safety aspects as required.
Daily site tour to monitor the contractor's and/or subcontractors' performance.
Issue safety instructions and/or violations for any noncompliance regarding approved safety plan and HSE rules and regulations.
Recommend deductions and withhold amounts to be applied for the contractor's invoice in case of HSE violations or unsatisfying HSE performance according to the contractor's contract conditions.
Ensure the highest quality and applicable standards are implemented.
Prepare and discuss the safety issues with all parties by holding and calling for HSE technical meetings or through the progress meetings.
Coordinating all HSE related topics with contaractor.
Carrying out risk assessements and considering how risks could be reduced.
Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Conduct incident and near miss investigations and develop corrective action plans.
Vehicles inspection, ongoing audit on contactor.
Attend the client weekly, monthly and co-ordination meetings.
Prepare weekly and monthly statistical report.
Implementation of all client safety requirements.
Manage the site HSE team, delegating responsibility and authority to HSE.
Inspection, auditing and monitoring for construction activities.
