• Develops, leads, monitors and evaluates the assigned healthcare projects. This involves effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with the objectives, timeframe, quality and budget with a focus on healthcare system strengthening, training and coordination.
• Develop Business cases that used to establish the validity of benefit of selected project by considering Business need, Analysis of situation and provide recommendation and evaluation.
• Contribute to development of an effective strategy including proactive planning for responsible exit.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Serve as Coach and product expert for all health care and RCM applications.
• Serve as Technical expert for all projects and taking the lead of adopting the new technology and trends
• Playing a role of an HIS Assistant manager and Sr. Application specialist of TrakCare Intersystem HIS & RIS, LabTrak Intersystem LIS and UHS E-Claim System.
• Leading a team of three staffs of health informatics specialist and support engineers.
• Lead the deployment process of hospital information system/s.
• Leading the Upgrade project of TrakCare (Hospital Information System) from version 2010 to 2016.
• Serves as a senior expert resource for any technical and functional requirement.
• Monitor and test any configuration, customization or update of hospital information systems.
• Deal with vendors on hospital requirements, raise CR as necessary and negotiate with them.
• Meet with department head to gather the requirement and Communicate with end-users and process owners to understand the work processes and requirements for customization purposes.
• Ensure that applications are implemented in a manner that suites the business requirements of the end-users.
• Leading the Development of new In-house Business Applications and UHS Website.
• Develop and modify reports as requested by key users & management.
& monitor HIS (Hospital Information System), RIS (Radiology Information System), LIS (Laboratory Information System) and Pharmacy Management System to ensure compliance to business rules requirements, HAAD, ISO and JCI standards focused on usability, software quality and future maintenance.
•Responsible for integration of Hospital Information System with third party software.
•Coordinate with users in setting up of requirements, producing & updating documentation based on priorities.
•Manage submission, resubmission & reconciliation of e-claims from & to Health Authority Abu Dhabi post office.
•Conduct training sessions for personnel based on new trends and system implementation.
•Technologies Used: Oracle Application Express (APEX.4.2), Oracle SQL- PL-SQL, HL7 (Health Level Seven), Microsoft Dot Net, PHP, Web Services, Web Techniques: XHTML - CSS - JQuery- JSON, Xml.

•Develop Al Salama E-Authorization System which is a web based software to implement E-Authorization services integrated with Al Salama HIS (Hospital Information System) to automate pre-authorization requests using -
•Develop Al Salama Electronic Consents System which is a web based software to implement E-Consent using an electronic signature (Wacom Device) Integrated with Hospital information system.
•Develop Al Salama PBM System which is a web based software to implement PBM services integrated with Al Salama HIS (Hospital Information System) to automate pre-authorization and submission of e-prescription (powerful replacement for PBM link and OpenJet software) using -
•Develop Al Salama HAAD post office Software which is a desktop application consuming Health Authority Abu Dhabi web service for purpose of downloading remittance advice and prior authorization files and uploading resubmission and submission of e-claims (powerful replacement for Greenrain software) using -
