• Plan Asset Integrity strategies and future activities.
• Issue department objectives and keep tracking of the progress and Key
Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Business development to meet organization objectives and budget constraints.
• Handle all external Audits and represent the organization in all related events.
• Represent Asset Integrity General Department in PETROWEB new project
activities.

• Establish Risk Based Inspection in place with contractor management for RBI
assessment activities with financial analysis considerations.
• Supervise and coordinate RBI team activities with high analytical skills.
• Issue technical specifications and lead tenders (such as RBI assessment contract,
Inspection services contract and RBI software package ... etc).
• Business planning, Annual Objectives and Budget Preparation based on data analysis.
• Build complete Asset Integrity Management system that fit for company scale and
available budget resources.
• Establishment of Risk Based Inspection system (corrosion study, damage mechanism,
risk assessment & inspection and test plans).
• Liaise with different disciplines such as (inspection, corrosion, metallurgy,
process...etc.) for data gathering and RBI implementation.
• Issue and continuously improve & update Asset Integrity Management System AIMS
documents.

• Lead and manage instrument department team and activities.
• Approve and follow up maintenance plans and assure its effectiveness.
• Ensure department plans and performance achieve organization objectives and
strategies.
• Ensure activities is executed safely and works done according to safe system of work.
• Review maintenance work procedures and modify if needed.
• Create & supervise shutdown plans & execution.
• Ensure work integrity and commit to continual improvement of health & safety
system.
• Participate as HSE committee member and join team work to prepare organization
HSE objectives and implementation plans.

• Pilot Gas Lift Project (5 months): Integration of a new rental compression package at GOSP onshore.
• AMAL-A Ofshore Platform Upgrade Project (7 months): Implementation of a complete control system upgrade (RTU, WHCP, Transmitters & analyzers) on platform instead of old Pneumatic system and transfer signals to onshore DCS system via Microwave Link in addition to commissioning & start-up.
• New Ofshore Platform AMAL-C and Related Ofshore Works (2 years): Working as AMAPETCO E&I project engineer at AQUATERRA Energy Ltd. Premises in UK.

• Handle all instrumentation related works from detailed engineering and ending with
start-up.
• Review & approve all engineering documents and drawings.
• Team member in HAZOP study sessions for new Tie-ins with other plants.
• SAT test for new DCS & ESD system and Fire & Gas panel.
• Team member in HAZOP study sessions for AMAL Field Development Project (AFDP).
• Commissioning & Startup team member as instrumentation & control lead.
• Punch list issuance and follow up till clearance.
• Performance test for 72 hour after start-up.

• Onshore (Gas Oil Separation Plant): Responsible for control system thats pneumatic & HART based.
• Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of various types of field instrumentations.
• Prepare spare parts list and technical specification for tenders in addition to evaluation of technical ofers.
• Maintenance planning using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ofshore Oil & Gas Production platforms: Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of various types of field instrumentations on Well Head Control Panel (WHCP) and x-tree.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS).
