- Review requirements for SCADA, Automation, communication, and instruments in received specification, IO List, system architecture & BOQ from customer.
- Do Site survey to check site status and requirements.
- Contact clients for inquires and clarification.
- Cost Estimation and techno-commercial offer preparation for automation system including PLC, RTU, SCADA, Instruments, and Fiber optic cable.
- Support Sales team for any commercial & technical inquiries from client after offer submission.
- Review requirements in specification/project drawings received from customer.
- Cost Estimation and offer preparation of automation system, PLC, RTU, SCADA, Instruments, valves, Fiber optic cable, and LV panels.
- Support Sales team, in responding to customer RFQs and post sales Technical Queries.
- Maintaining up to date pricing of all Panel board parts
- Interact with suppliers to get the best prices.
- Prepare design documents including but not limited to:
- Panel internal/external layout
- Wiring Diagram
- Materials Bill of quantity
- Compliance statement
- Power consumption calculation
- Panel Heat dissipation calculation
- System Layout
- I/O List
- Materials technical submittal
- Single Line Diagram
- Busbar Mechanical Layout
- Busbar sizing and selection
- UPS Selection
- Familiar with Schneider, ABB, EATON, GE, Siemens, Rockwell, Wago, Rittal, and Hoffman Brands
- Familiar with IEC, DEWA, ADDC, ADSSC and Kharama standards.
- Cost Estimation of low voltage Switchgear and automation system, according to client RFQs, technical specifications, SLDs, and BOQ.
- Interacts with clients to discuss new inquiry & RFQ
- Prepare commercial & technical offers for supplied materials
- Designing LV Switchgear Panels, Synchronization panel, ATS, MDB, SMDB, DB, MCC, PFCC, Softstarter & VFD panel, PLC, and RTU
- Interact with suppliers to get the best prices.
- Issue of Material purchase order to supplier & follow up with them until materials receiving
- Issue of Shop drawings to production with clear engineering inputs.
- Handle FAT test procedures.
