1-Issue internal material requests, tools and equipment requests, project direct manpower request, accommodation request, and material site return for unused materials.

2-Notify to for the needed materials and subcontractors.

3-Preform construction activity based on approved method of statements.

4-Monitor and follow up the subcontractor’s performance.

5-Correct any concerns raised from QC, Consultant or Client.

6-Submit any PR’s, subcontractor progress reports, progress percentage to project manager.

7-Ensure the availability of construction resources (Drawings, Materials, and subcontractors).

8-Review and approve the subcontractor completion reports.
