Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

Job Duties:
- Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions, including; developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, coaching, counseling, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Preparing reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Undertaking regular salary reviews.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
