- Currently, I work closely with the portfolio department, cards business team and the marketing department to set up and execute marketing plans and strategies to attract new customers “Acquisition” and increase customers spending and usage, by delivering campaigns, special offers, rewards, loyalty programs and other tactics.
- Monitoring cards products lifecyle and credit cards usage. Revising mailing system to reduce returned cards.
- Creating new solutions to reduce cost and increase revenues, such as developing the e-statement solution Improving customer’s experience with BAJ cards by creating smart solutions (i.e IVR PIN set up & e-statement).
- Responsible for conducting training courses to new joiners Responsible for creating the Credit Cards Training materials for the training center usage.
- Coordinate and execute marketing actitivtes “promotions and rewards” with different organizations and merchants, such as Visa and MasteCards, Souq.com and Jarir.
- Vocal point and main contact between Cards business & portfolio & the marketing team, with the responsibility to sign-off and approving all marketing artworks related to cards.
