- Currently, I work closely with the portfolio department, cards business team and the marketing department to set up and execute marketing plans and strategies to attract new customers “Acquisition” and increase customers spending and usage, by delivering campaigns, special offers, rewards, loyalty programs and other tactics.
- Monitoring cards products lifecyle and credit cards usage. Revising mailing system to reduce returned cards.
- Creating new solutions to reduce cost and increase revenues, such as developing the e-statement solution Improving customer’s experience with BAJ cards by creating smart solutions (i.e IVR PIN set up & e-statement).
- Responsible for conducting training courses to new joiners Responsible for creating the Credit Cards Training materials for the training center usage.
- Coordinate and execute marketing actitivtes “promotions and rewards” with different organizations and merchants, such as Visa and MasteCards, Souq.com and Jarir.
- Vocal point and main contact between Cards business & portfolio & the marketing team, with the responsibility to sign-off and approving all marketing artworks related to cards.
- Communicating new products and features to customers through different channels “website, email, ATM screen, Social Media and SMS.
- Responsible for developing and updating Cards monthly newsletter
- In charge of maintaining the credit cards department section under bank’s website.
- Update and maintain all cards collaterals. Including Application forms, card carriers, welcome letters, intial disclosure.. etc
- Conducted risk assessment on different application.
- Created monthly risk reports.
- Monitored and analyzed existing risks.
- Managed IT projects from the risk prospective.
- Participated in launching Risk management tool by cleaning data and uploading them into the new database.
- Participated in identifying key performance indicators for Risk -Department and Control and Compliance department.
- Created new employee guide to help new employees

I was assigned to handled returens, exchange, and refunds. In addition to assisting customers who had problems with their orders. I also issued discount and membership cards.
Marymount’s Master of Science in Information Technology prepares individuals for leadership roles in the IT industry. The program provides knowledge and skills across the entire range of topics in the industry – systems engineering, decision-making for IT, ethics and law, computer networking, database technologies, IT governance and strategy, Web development, and information assurance.
In 2006 i was accepted to the king Abdulla's scholarship program, and i started my bachelor in University of South Florida in Tampa Fl. Two years later I moved to Alexandria, Virginia and i attended Marymount university where i graduated in late 2010 with a GPA of 2.8 out of 4. During my senior year, I did my internship in United WayWorld, where I was assigned for many challenging tasks, such as creating and designing the website for the Global Fellows program and revising United Way's main webpage. I also converted raw data from Excel sheets into graphs and explanatory PowerPoint slides for the vice president's use. i also wrote advertising memos for the Talent Management Team.
Minor in Management Information System. This program helped me learn about how to utilize different applications and systems to analyze and prepare valuable reports to top management, It helped me understand what kind of information is useful to management and how to present them in a way that can improve planning and decision making. During my internship I was in charge of converting more than 85 raw data files to useful data by using different applications to create visual graphics in a summarized fashion.
