Job Responsibilities:

Role Purpose: with focus provide HR operations and support to the end user, coordinate with other units to process and deliver the output to end users in line with the department overall policy and strategy.

Operational responsibilities:

-Responsible for receive resignation notification/withdrawal of resignation from HRBP or from business departments.

-Follow up and conduct for the exit Interview feedback with HR Business Partner.

-Follow up and coordinate with respective department for confirmation the last working date for the resigned staff.

-Prepare and ensure to suspend the resigned staff to avoid any financial risk.

-Meet the concern employee to handover the resignation/ withdrawal of resignation along with the Exit guideline.

-Communicate with Employee Services unit for circulation the resignation documents to other departments within the bank.

-Handles and prepares letter request of employees such as salary certificate, service letter, NOC, employment letters, etc.

-Handles and prepares experience and reference letters.

-Prepares weekly and monthly reports of all the resignation/ withdrawal of resignation.

-Prepare data management (MIS) and store all the documents in the proper files for easy access.

-Reply on regular bases whether through e-mail or by telephone on almost immediate basis to any sort of query forwarded to the unit.

-Handles the Employee Relation tickets through HR Help Desk and ensure the tickets solve within SLA.
