Establish quarterly sales and cost forecasting.
Update market data, customers and the competition.

- Setting strategic & tactical plan the insulin’s portfolio Lantus® & Apidra®
- Creating and testing marketing campaigns aligned to corporate branding guidelines and adapted to local markets
- Identifying and developing specific marketing efforts for executing brand strategy
- Conducting demographic and strategic market research studies, and driving competition analysis and customer profiling
- Implement & drive the Diabetes project in Tunisia
- Supporting and motivating the team in order to become fully effective.
- Effectively manage a crisis situation & maintain the growth of Lantus
- On 2009, Lantus® realize an evolution of 59% (17% on 2008) vs. 48% for the market.
- Product Management responsibility for NovoRapid®: Marketing planning including the preparation of a launch plan and the co-ordination of launch activities.
- Sales promotion of the Novo Nordisk Insulin analogues portfolio.
- Sales team Ambassador to discuss marketing strategy & promotional materials.
- Launch & promotion of Insulin Levemir®, NovoRapid® & NovoMix® 30
