Project phase:
- Complete the Cement Grinding Plant project including two ball cement mills, drying system, three bulk handling systems, power plant and truck scale with all related electrical, instrumentation and Automation work by taking part in designing, Installation, Commissioning and startup.
- Preparing for new project (Vertical Roller Mill) following up engineering, installation, commissioning and startup.
- Improve the control system of the complete plant by working on integrating all existing systems with different operating screen to be on one SCADA system.
Operation Phase
- Minimize stoppages time and ensure consistent operation of equipment in a reliable manner.
- Perform the day-to-day delivery of maintenance tasks.
- Identify the root cause of automation and Instrumentation faults/breakdowns and priorities corrective actions to meet operational processing objectives.
- Identify required spare parts and define minimum stocks.
- Update the control system (Instruments, PLC, SCADA) according to maintenance and operation needs.
- Regular backup of all used software and process data.
- Arrange regular checkup and calibration for process equipment and instrument.
- Follow up and update yearly budget for Instrumentation and Automation.
Achievement:
- Build up a maintenance system for all I & C Equipment in the plant.
- Design, Install & commission dust handling system including Electrical, Instruments & control system (Siemens S7-1200 and Siemens HMI)
- Design, Install & commission two complete bulk Material handling system including Electrical, Instruments & control system (Siemens S7-1200 and Siemens WinCC)
- Provide remote support and troubleshooting to Intermedia Hosted VoIP Services customers.
- Respond to incoming e-mail support requests.
- Utilize Live Chat with powerful desktop sharing tools
- Track open trouble tickets and find resolution for issues.
- Working with Elastix and Asterisk Pbx
