• Designing and implementing plans, programs with business units.
• Consulting with recruiters to hire personnel and supervise the whole recruiting process.
• set plans with department managers to train, evaluate employees.
• Documenting processes and presenting progress reporting to managers.
• Monthly and quarterly presentation/report with proposing
plans
• Update internal databases.
• Prepare HR documents, Create regular reports.
• Answer employee's query about HR-related issues.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
• Participate in HR projects.
