• Maintenance and control of HV equipment to meet client’s requirements
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements
• Perform audit on all HV/LV system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.
• Ensuring the status of the documents and drawings for the execution activities.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
• Ensuring the conformity of activities with the standards in the field Collecting, organizing and assessing information, making up and completing the necessary documentation
• Manage all technical areas, to ensure proper power supply and electrical systems availability.
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency of the electrical switchgear and panels
• Review and release all electrical material orders for the project.
• Maintain updated wiring diagrams and cable paths for the assigned project
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance including HV systems, LV system, lighting systems, earthing systems, battery systems, control systems, automatic barriers/gates, power meters, generation, UPS, fire alarms and all the related electrical assets and works.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, electrical equipment’s and machineries, substations, power systems used in Al Bateen Executive Airport, to produce run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment’s.
• Led and supervise planned power shutdowns, for the purposes of maintenance or repair.
• Ensure routine calibration, maintenance requirements and testing for work equipment’s and tools.
• Development, review and update of schematic drawings and single line diagrams
• Supervise external contractors for all electrical technical facilities works in Al Bateen Airport
• Attend any potential incident and respond to trouble calls and requests including emergencies outside working hours.
• Attend all required project meetings, understand, review and monitor project scope of work, budgets, plans and specifications.
• Read and understand contracts requirements issued by client and subcontractor contracts
• Weekly and monthly project progress & operations report to the management
• Provide all drawings, scope of work and related documentation to appropriate team members.
• Track, document, and communicate all aspects and issues of project progress to appropriate team members
• Review and approve timesheets, material compression sheets, shift handover documents, reports and logs.
• Preparation of technical and incident reports required by the client.
• Monitor, follow up and comment all tasks, PPM’s, breakdowns and scheduled works in the CAFM system.
• Plans work requirements of materials and manpower for additional works.
• Ensure of the implementation of the procedures according to the SOP’s, job cards, Operation and Maintenance manuals and standards.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
• Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions, and explain SOP’s to the team and supervisors.
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve issues and do the necessary troubleshooting.
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
