• Coordinating Air, Sea, and Land Operations for Import / Export projects.
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
• Planning and scheduling of all assigned pickups & deliveries and orchestrating deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Utilize the company's preferred vendor list and rates to best price and route customer shipments.
• Organize pickup & delivery of assigned shipments through effective communication with shipper & consignee.
• Improve customer satisfaction and ensure consistent enhancement for customer specifications levels.
• Regular communication with customers providing shipment status information, reporting delays, and additional costs.
• revenue and additional pass-through costs thereby increasing overall profitability.
• Documenting project performance and reporting for management.
• Track Project KPIs for monitoring quality metrics closely.
• Any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business requirements.
• Minimize operational costs, optimize efficiency, increase project profitability, and work within the project's budget to reach the required results.
