Responsible for managing the safety department in Upper Egypt.
* Responsible for two projects to connect natural gas to the industrial areas in Sohag (West Gerga - West Tahta) within the scope of the work of the international Bank
* Coordinate with the executive department to arrange work schedules in advance‚ Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone is aware of his responsibilities .
* Prepare and maintain an HSE induction and training log for workers, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training.
* Carry out PTW monitoring and review.
* Conduct Toolbox meeting‚ Correct any unsafe act or unsafe condition.
* Contribute to making job hazard analyses and risk assessments for various jobs to ensure worker safety.
* Prepare and send daily and monthly reports on fire extinguisher inspections, equipment and car inspections, driver evaluations, KPIs.
* Monitoring all activities at site include (Pressure reducing stations for natural gas
- Scaffolding - excavation works- construction works ).
* Ensure that the HSE regulations in workplace are explained to subcontractors and make them sign on it.
*Follow up and review Firefighting units (Fire pumps - fire extinguishers - fire alarms)
* Registration of all chemicals in the site and make sure that there are their SDS
* Responsible for managing the safety department in hotel.
*Follow up and review Occupational safety and health document's .
* Awareness lectures for employees.
* Verifies that all tools and equipment are checked.
*Correct unsafe acts or conditions which result in accidents.
* Review, follow-up and update hotel fire and emergency plan
*Inspected departments of hotel to verify presence of fire prevention equipment, safety equipment and first-aid.
*Follow up and review Firefighting units (Fire pumps - fire extinguishers - fire alarms).
* Registration of all chemicals in the hotel and make sure that there are their SDS.
