• Programming of CNC Vertical Milling Machines via EdgeCAM software.
• Programming of CNC EDM Wire Cut Machines via EdgeCAM software.
• Design of plastic injection moulds and sheet metal working dies via Solid Works soft ware.
• Using Reveres Engineering method in the re- manufacturing of custom machine elements that need spare parts not available in the market.
My rules have included the following :
Responsibility for achieving the production plane targets (Daily and Monthly ) to satisfy the customers requirements.
Control all production processes that include :
1- Melting and casting of steels and cast iron.
2- Automated and continues making of sand molds using DISAMATIC technology.
3- Pouring of molten metals in the prepared sand molds using automated ladles.
I have got rules in the following jobs :
•Prepare inspection procedures for welded joints using both visual inspection and liquid pentrant method.
I was preparing PT test and writing the required technical reports.
•Inspection of the above ground storage tanks for petroleum oil companies according the specification no. API 653.
I was preparing the thickness measurements of tank walls, and inspecting the tank elements visually. I was writing the required technical reports
•Preview engineering accidents in favor of insurance companies
I was preparing the required survey and collection information and data required to the consultation reports.
