- Acquiring 5 projects while working with estimation team to fulfill company vision for getting new projects. then started working as a project engineer for Doha metro project,
- Technical submission & sampling for the first 3 Metro stations in Qatar (EZ, AW, RBF) and got approval for 28 different materials through project scope complying with QRAIL technical requirements, then handled AL WAKRA station site construction until finalizing the project for handover. WAKRA station scope includes 7000 sqm glazing, 10000 sqm cladding, 3500 sqm drywall works, 5 fire-rated curtain walls,
- Manage/supervise successfully fire testing at Thomas Bell-Wright lab in Dubai for 2hr FR drywall system as a part of metro project scope including mock-up built up on lab yard for testing, follow up for certificates and documents issuing,
- Coordinate with technical department to ensure that drawings details are matching with project specification & requirements, also assist them with actual site measures prior to work orders release,
- Review drawings & work order received from the technical department, explain to site team and guide them for completing different installation activities, managing site teams during project execution while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards,
- Manpower, machine, tools forecasting in tie - in with project schedule. Submit progress reports to project manager & establish and maintain materiel tracker to control material ordering / receiving according to project priorities,
- Managing daily site activities including material proper handling & shifting, brackets & aluminum frames installation, facade alignment and final fixing, glass installation, silicon apply, ACP subframe erecting, ACP site modification & installation, drywall frame & gypsum layers installation and fire rated curtain wall installation,
- The project includes Heavy aluminum frame 10-meter length with full internal steel reinforcement, 90% of the glass gumbo size more than 5-meter height and 55mm thick, 850 kg per piece, which increased lifting & installation difficulties, also difficult site condition for elevated station with all-time running excavation activities for two way underpass road underneath the station,
- Project tracking during work progressing and reconsider the followed work procedures to keep the project on track with respect time, quality and cost,
- Site coordination with main contractor and other subcontractors for clashes and conflicts, site issues handling, construction problems solving, Maintain project database by backing up all related data & documents and using official records to reserve company rights.

• Review tender documents, B.O.Q., Drawings and specification to recognize the scope of project and offer suitable price equal to specific requirements.
• Making the estimations of Manpower, Equipment, Material, Consumables & other Costs for bidding.
• Preform a preliminary design for identifying itemized cost and relevant price.
• Prepare quotation documents, bill of quantity, terms and conditions and specification.
• Intensive follow up & Check for all quotations generated from estimation team.
• Provide cost summary showing all aspects budgeted cost to help top management discount decision.
• On hand projects drawings check against contract to evaluate change for time extension and variation costs to get client approval before commencement of work also prepare quantities comparison report showing changes after executive drawing detailing.
• Help salsas team in client negotiation meetings.

• Collaborate with the project manager to manage the multiple related and/or parallel projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control project in all stages.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of project management by facilitating related professional work processes to ensure alignment with the established polices & procedure and in order to achieve highly performance standard
• Present periodic reports on projects, initiatives, and future planes / corrective actions.
• Verbal and written communication effectively with all organization departments to ensure correct completion of all project activities.
• Solve the problems arising during project execution to keep the project in track.

• Design fire suppression systems, automatic sprinkler, foam, FM200 and CO2 systems.
• Manage water demand analysis and hydraulic calculations.
• Submit workshop drawings for fire suppression systems complete with fixation details.
• Fire hazard analyses preparation and review.
• Designing and implementing fire alarm systems and control systems.
