Responsible for Sales and AR reports
Control Inventory, sales return, sales credit / Debit note, inventory write off process
Co-ordinate with supply chain regarding shipment, shipping documents, invoice, credit memo and make sure sales related document filing is completed
Ensure the 100% accuracy of the Invoice Credit note Debit note information including payment term, price and bank detail
Provide weekly sales status report vs forecast
Weekly Update sales compliance tracker file and make sure its completeness and accuracy

review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
prioritize invoices to according to cash discount potential and payment terms
process check requests
match invoices to checks obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Respond to all vendor inquiries

Review of bank checks, issuing of bank checks payable to suppliers Bank assurance inquiry on the balances and bank transfers to bank and review the bank statement and a review due for customer checks and open credit with banks and bank loans to determine which company needs

preparing sales invoices, revision suppliers invoices, revision cash balance, recording revenue and expense, recording account receivable balance, preparing work sheet, preparing income statement and preparing statement of financial position .
