1- Organized, outreached, facilitated and actively participated in community gatherings and Focus Groups discussions at a district level.
2- Followed up, coach and mentor Syrian volunteers, and Followed up on the activities,
3- Act as a Focal Point for all the admin procedures regarding the activities.
4- Assist the community by disseminating information through different Community mobilization channels and tools.
5- Monitor camp development and daily issues for identifying and resolving problems and needs, and serving as a line of communication between refugees, BLUMONT, donor and other organizations, as directed the team coordinator.
6- Developed and maintain strong community relationships and networks. Continuously encourage and stimulate community members for determining their own problems with finding community based solutions and initiatives.

from Sep, 2013 i am working as Community Mobilizer in Zaatari Camp.
