Managing group of Multinational Companies financial & administrative sectors.
Evaluate financial risk, prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and recommendations.
Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets and financial planning for each company & business unit, and analyze and correct estimates
Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation.
Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans.
Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Prepare consolidation financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports on a monthly and annual basis.
Contact auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions.
Restructuring accounting department and Acc. staff training.
Participating in restructuring operational department to make sure internal control is applied correctly.
Arranging new financing resources, renegotiating existing financing facilities.
Managing company ERP systems modifications with system providers, and staff training.
Managing User permissions on ERP system.
Managing & preparing financial policies, systems and compliance procedures with regulations and required disclosures.
Evaluating company’s investments performance, and preparing reports for top management.
Analyzing company’s work flow, computerized systems to optimize the efficiency, suggesting and managing developing new applications.
Examining internal control systems and financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries.
Examining controls over computer environment and application control for the computer systems used by the company.
Preparing due diligence report for companies under acquisition.
Valuating companies as investment opportunities.

- Managing & Reviewing consolidation financial statements, reports, contracts, and all daily financial transactions.

- Preparing forecasted cash flow (monthly, yearly), future financial performance, analyzing and suggesting alternatives scenarios.

- Opening new financing channels with banks, financial institutes, and reviewing new finance contracts.
- Examining financing options to maximize the company’s profitability.

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, contracts, and all financial transaction.
- Monitoring the company’s investments performance, and preparing reports for high management.

- Deal with CBK & K.S.E auditors.
- Preparing accounting records, financial statements (stand alone, and consolidated) (PLPL Co. & GHAL Co.).
- Reviewing & approving certificate of payments and all invoices (PLPL Co. & GHAL Co).
- Coordinating with external auditors & tax advisors (PLPL Co. & GHAL Co).
- Reviewing tax returns (monthly & yearly, for GHAL Co).
- Reviewing & approving all invoices and payments.
- Monitoring daily cash position.
- Reviewing and approving financial reports, contracts, and all transaction related to accounting departments in a group of companies.
