1. Develop& implement quality control systems, according to HACCP & ISO 22000 standards
2. Develop& implement production tracking systems
3. Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution and/or
Marketing activities of the industrial organization
4. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures & duty assignments.condsidering budgetary limitations and time constraints

10. Recommend procedures, facilities or equipment maintenance or modification for the machinery
11. Participate & Coordinate the inventory & cost control programs
12. Institute suggestions & development programs with cooperation with R&D Manager

3. training of packing staff on the measures of quality of products
4. ensure the quality of the packing operation for the products

1. Management of all technical operations of Poultry Broilers production farm : 25000 bird capacity (Cairo-alex. Desert road)
2. Following up the operations conducted in the Broiler Parents farm : 5000 bird capacity (Minia)
3. Management of all technical operations for the sheep and goats farm : 500 animal capacity (Asuit-western road)
4. Management of all technical operations for the beef cattle farm: 150 animal capacity
5. Developing new management techniques for the sector of animal & poultry production in the company
6. Maintain planning and the execution of the plans of development for the animal & poultry sector according to the time schedule

3. following up & managing evaluation trials for vegetable hybrids (Wadi ElNatron Area, Tahrir Area)
following up the cultivation and management of sugar beet trials (Wadi ElNatron Area, Tahrir Area)
4. following up the operations of management of Banana and Citrus crops in the farms of the company(Wadi ElNatron Area, Tahrir Area)
5. following up & managing the execution of the irrigation projects in farms of the company(Wadi ElNatron Area, Tahrir Area).
6. Managing contacts with authorities of ministry of agriculture, agricultural research centers
7. Managing procedures of importation of seed potatoes, sugar beet seeds and vegetables seeds,
following up & finishing procedures (certificates &;approvals) for importation of fertilizers &chemical compounds e.g CIPC)
