• Lead the IT Department in right direction to provide quality IT Services to all users
• Responsible for operating budget of EGP 20 Million and Capital Investment Budget of EGP 30 Million per year
• Manage IT Managers and their teams (currently 15 personnel - staff and consultants)
• Participate as a member of the senior management team in governance processes of the organization’s architecture, telecommunications, networks, programming, media, and desktops.
• Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.
• Lead the IT steering committee.
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs.
• Develop and communicate business/technology alignment plans to executive team, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.
• Act as primary liaison for the company’s technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users.

• Consult and plan with executive leadership to analyze IT infrastructure, networking, needs for management of information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
• Initiating IT department to support work requirements through the region including staffing, coaching staff and training.
• Establishing internal network and network with the offices in the region.
• Continuously review and assess the latest technology, standards, trends and developments relevant to entity needs, industry, and new initiatives in order to ensure the entity is scalable positioned for the latest technological advancements and industry standards.
• Managing implementation of Mailing system, Internet connections, WAN connections, Security systems.
• Managing implementation of ERP solution (Oracle suite) to support financial, logistics and sales process.

Determine and regularly assess the overall strategic direction and business contribution of the information system function in order to ensure efficient and effective scalable growth and performance.

Develop, manage and disseminate corporate knowledge gained through the various systems, services and IT initiatives to key constituents in timely and efficient manner in order to provide all entities consistent and well documented reports, statistics, and where applicable just in time information that will help determine costs and impact, and address anticipated problems

Conducted marketing & business plan including (branding, launching campaign and promotions)

Oversee all aspects of IT Management for Company HQ, Five branches & three remote connections . Implement and configure all network upgrades; maintain company Web site; manage company intranet and Implement and administrate financial & Human Resources database.
*Manage IT budget.
*Expert analysis and careful planning ensures that company receives top-quality equipment for hardware/software improvements and upgrades while remaining within budget.
*Negotiate contractor prices for outsourced work to maintain competitive edge with minimal expenditures.
*Planned and managed implementation of network installation including Cat5 cabling and new telephone system.
*Coordinate mobile user networks to ensure that remote reps maintain constant connectivity.
*Provide 24-hour disaster recovery in the event of network downtime and/or building destruction. Create and regularly refine backup protocols to ensure data and network integrity.
*Integrate and configure Watch Guard firewall to protect all sensitive company information and maintain system integrity on an “always on” leased line connection.
*Oversee and implement all hardware and software troubleshooting for company’s primary location and satellite operations to maintain constant network uptime and data access.
*Research and implement new technology tools, including a VPN through the Watch guard firewall and the integration of a proxy server.
*Manage junior associates effectively; provide training and support when necessary to keep operations running smoothly.

Establish goals, objectives, and policies. Develop and implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth, profit, and branding. Responsible for IT projects, developing the organization's structure, strategic growth plans, and all operational policies and procedures. Develop business processes and flows for revenue, and initiate data/Internet security, auditing, and implementation of best practices.
