Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Developing long-term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
•Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
•Coordinate with our TPA to make sure the reimbursement cycle is on time.
•Weekly report to review the client’s concerns which are solved, what action was taken and which is still pending.
•Sending a survey on quarter basis to monitor our TPA service.
•Review outstanding dues sent by the finance and sending updates of the Premiums collection status weekly specially the status of additions dues.
•Prepare a report with all clients with loss ratio exceeded with sharing plans to start cost containment.
