Accountable for providing strategic and tactical Human Resource leadership and services in such areas as HR consultant/advisor.
With focus on the following HR topics (Compensation, Benefits, HR Policies, Performance Management, Global Assignment Management, Talent/potential Development & HR Compliance).

Achievements:
• Implement Audit Project for the payroll process and develop a remediation action plan
• Develop a complete tool box for In/Off- Boarding process
• Develop the following guidelines (Promotion, Staff Loan, Severance Payment, Local Employee gifts)
• Develop process flow chart for various topics; (Payroll, promotions, In/Off-Boarding, immigration for expats)
• Lead the implementation and reviewing Job Description Project for all company positions
• Achieve 5% savings in HR budget by changing the health insurance provider with same benefits & better service
