-Building the most perfect sales strategy to ensure financial targets are achieved on a quarterly and annual basis.
-Developing seasonal sales plan and assortment in partnership with Planning and Merchandising.
-Responsible for customer relationship management, communication, business analytics, sales, and profit growth, as well as customer satisfaction.
-Preparing weekly, monthly and seasonal recaps and providing feedback to Product and Merchandising Teams, identifying new opportunities.
