Main Job responsibilities:-
- Reviewing the design proposals.
- Review and update Work program.
- Review and verify method of statements, material submittals, shop drawings,
payments, variation orders and claims etc. submitted by the contractors.
- Effectively manage the site supervision staffs during construction.
- Ensuring the works are being carried out according to the Contract
specifications and the project baseline schedule.
- Ensure monitoring on the quality of materials and workmanships installed,
operated and maintained.
- Liaise with Client, Project Management and Contractor for resolution of
project issues, in addition to concerned Authorities when required.
- Ensure the site safety practices.
- Maintains project control documentation, design drawings and specifications,
back-charge documents, change orders, etc.
-Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be
appropriate.

Main Job responsibilities: -
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution
of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within
budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project
scope, schedule and costs.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
-Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout
entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed such as Extension of
time claims and Variation orders.
-Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to
ensure deadlines will be met.
-Providing technical advice; problem solving.

Job responsibility:-
- Monitors the actual physical works at site.
- Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site
instructions and inspection of works.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily
basis for all civil groups at site.
- Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable
monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
- Support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for
the project completion.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved
construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all
applicable standards.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality
standards.

Job responsibility:-
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
-Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are
available.
- authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
-Monitors the actual physical works at site.
-Providing technical advice; problem solving.
- Applying all construction management concepts by determining and arranging all
Activities making sure that it will be done as per the schedule.
-Supervising subcontractors and ensure that they are following the proper work practices.
-Following the civil works as per design (reinforcing, carpeting and concreting) .
-Represents the inspections & coordinates with consultants for all work
progress.
