Responsible for the Management and supervision of 3 stadium projects across KSA, the Job Includes management of the team, contract administration, Managing Site Instructions, NCRs, Supplier Selection, Material Approvals, Managing meetings with all stakeholders, commercial management, overview and review the financial aspects of the projects, review project schedules, project documentation, issuing contractual letters, etc...
Responsible for overseeing and handling all of the company projects for all disciplines starting at the tendering stage through construction and final handing over.
Rayhaan Rotana Hotel 5* Towers - High Rise - ($ 72, 000, 000)
Ensuring the quality of construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques, Maintaining the action plan of the project and conducting regular review sessions with appropriate Stakeholders i.e. Clients, MEP, Subcontractors, etc...
Construction of Rotana Rayhaan Dammam Hotel with a built up area of 25, 000 square meters, comprising of three basements, a Ground Floor, a mezzanine and a 21 storey tower offering 286 Rooms, a Banquet Hall, 3 Restaurants, meeting rooms and leisure facilities
Marriott Hotel 5* Twin Towers - High Rise -
($ 60, 000, 000)
Site Management including supervision of the labour force and the work of any subcontractors. Establishing and maintaining the quality of Architectural deliverables, Monitoring the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis
Construction of two twin towers Marriott Hotel with a built up area of 55, 000 square meters, comprising of two basements, a Ground Floor, a mezzanine and two 11 storey towers offering 274 Rooms, 2 Ballrooms, Retail Outlets, leisure facilities, meeting rooms and banquet areas
Farsi Seven Twin Towers - High Rise - ($ 65, 000, 000)
Manpower Management, Ensuring that construction activities are up to the requested quality and moving according to a predetermined schedule, Requesting and attending RFIs, holding regular status meetings with the involved team members i.e. MEP, Consultants, Sub contractors, etc.… De-snagging and checking that all defects have been rectified and ready to the final handing over of the project
Project Description :-
Construction of two commercial and residential Farsi Seven Towers with a built-up area of 72, 150 square meters, comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and (38)additional floors offering (130) apartments, four penthouse suites and commercial space for (16) outlets, including a gymnasium, lounge and events hall
• Conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements & obtaining measurements
• Preparation of architectural plans, sections, elevations, details, presentation materials.
• Creating Preliminary Designs in order to move forward with the preparation of architectural plans
• Creating 3d Visualisation effects via Autocad, 3ds Max, Revit, Sketchup & Adobe Suite.
• Assists in the preparation of plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
• Site supervision
• Presenting the project to the client together with the Project & Senior Architect
• Choosing materials taking into consideration aesthetic appeal, cost and quality.
• Choosing material suppliers.
• Provides support to the Project Architect and management staff.
In addition to the Design Architect Job Responsibilities:-
The Construction project manager of two projects:-
A) Mixed Use Building project consisting of 4 floors: - the building used to be a 3 star hotel, the interior was fully demolished and the building was renovated into a 3 floor Furniture Show Room & an Architectural Office floor with a Roof Cafeteria.
B) A Prestigious Villa in Abdoun: - JOD 3.5 million construction value.
• Developing on-site plans and procedures for the field operations.
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, labor and materials.
• Ensuring that the work is performed within the boundaries of the job estimate.
• Creating and updating progress schedules.
• Preparing regular and special reports for job meetings and hosting those meetings.
Project Manager of the PMO Office: -
• Responsible for Re-Organization and restructuring of the company
• Responsible for Re-Creating the Company Website
• Responsible for Creating a new company profile
• Responsible for Creating Certain Design Management Procedures

Working at El Concorde Construction as a Business Development Engineer, Main Responsibilities Include:-
• Identifying, Procuring and Registering Tenders,
• Maintaining Peers and Partners Database
• Maintaining Sub-Contractor Database
• Developing Project Briefs to be utilized for marketing and prequalification issues
• Studying Projects Prequalification requirements in order to develop proposals within time
• Coordinating between different departments i.e. Compiling Data based on Prequalification requirements
• Handling proposals based on Prequalification requirements
Project Manager of the company’s PMO:
Duties:-
• Share responsibility for overall progress and appropriate use of resources with project sponsors
• Prepare project master plan (Milestones, Work streams, Work packages) in Coordination with the Program Manager
• Manage Plan and Monitor the project progress, including any contingency plans needed
• Liaise with the program manager to ensure all open issues are handled correctly
• Ensure Synchronization between different work streams and work packages
• Track, manage and report on status against Action items, Milestones, critical path/ dependencies, and issues using project status report
• Monitor report on change measurement metrics
In addition to the Business Development job responsibilities, I worked as a technical engineer (architectural drawings) for 2 months (at DAMAC - Al Abdali Tower) gaining good onsite experience, moreover, helped the Estimation division on several projects, assisting the management of the company in Re-Organization and structuring, Re-branding and marketing.
Worked at Mounir Hajjiri & associates. I gained excellent experience through working within different Architectural fields. (i.e. Designing and planning, landscape architect, managed several meetings with several clients and as a visualization expert)
