• Coordinating the Activities of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at site.

Maintaining Records of Such Drills, Providing Recommendations for Emergency Response.
• Perform Monthly Inspections of Fire Fighting, Safety and Emergency Response Equipment - if it is in Our Scope.
• Attend All QHSE Meetings Called by the Client's Representative at Site
• Participate in the QHSE Audit that is conducted by Client and Our QHSE Division.
• Report Incident Reports to the Operation and QHSE Dept and Ensure same Incidents are not repeated.
• Nominate the Crisis Management Members and Explain the ERT members what was the role of case of Emergency on site.
• Conducting weekly QHSE Inspections, Preparing Reports with Recommendations, Corrective Action and Target Dates and Follow Up on the Close Outs.
• Make the HACCP Team On site and explain the Benefit of HACCP Also Conduct HACCP Team Meetings twice a month.
• Conducting Tool Box talks Daily 5 to 10 Minutes on a Specific Subject for the Supervisors.
• Submitting on a weekly Basis All Reports that Reflect Site QHSE Activities.
• Sharing Innovative Ideas that Can Improve the Work Performance.
• Preparing QHSE Monthly Statistical Reports & submitting them to Site Management and QHSE Division.
• Adhering to the Company Policies and Procedures.
• Checking the Pest Control Operatives for Correct Use of Chemicals and Use of Appropriate PPEs.
• Inspects Food Preparation and Food Service Premises for Conformance with Prescribed Standards of Safety, Sanitation, Palatability, Appearance, and Nutritional quality.

• Implementing quality standards on all Factory products at all stages of process.
• Participating in the preparation of a written quality control program for the Factory and ensuring its performance through other quality control staff.
• Assisting in ensuring that the quality program is providing a systematic approach for evaluation, inspection, testing, calibration or whatever is needed to monitor and ensure quality of all Factory products.
• Check the weight for all finished product
• Working towards ensuring that the products processed by the Factory achieve the highest quality and reliability levels and meet customer specifications.
• Check the shape for all finished product
• Assisting in the researches, statistical and feasibility studies and development to ensure continuous quality programs improvements across company products.
• Suggesting resolutions /evolvements to quality problems of the suppliers/customers and suggesting corrective actions and reporting causes of non- conformances.
• Assisting in the communication of the Group quality policy and values, training, and in sensitizing quality staff with the critical nature of their job.
• Preparing timely reporting on damaged, spoiled and expired Factory stocks as well as on raw materials and finished goods that do not comply with the set standards.
• Implementing any activities relevant to regulatory audits and requirements of certification programs.
• Performing any other quality functions and reporting assignments as and when required.
