Request for required Operations Bulletins from the Central Costing Team
Generate Monthly Planned Efficiency Forecast report and review with IE Manager
Provide Style Wise Machine Requirements for 02 months in advance
Ensure Technical Sample readiness and review against OB. Capture deviations and escalate to Costing IE during OB discussion
Do Theoretical Line Balancing and Conduct Layout Meeting
Prepare Layout with Operator Allocation and review with key stakeholders & get sign-off on confirmed allocation sheet
Participate in Pre-Production Meeting
Coordinate with R&D team for method simplifications
Follow QCO Critical path and escalate if any deviations
Maintain Machine Pre-Setting Follow up sheet
Prepare Critical Operation Training Summary and follow up QCO activities
Should Actively Engaging in QCO Activities
Ensure to Replicate the Theoretical Balancing, Layout and Workplace arrangement
Achieve QCO standard time with 10 hours Peak production targets
Assist Technical Teams in preparing Line Feeding Status Report
Maintain Style files and QCO reports
Carry out Initial Capacity Study within first 03 days & escalate if any challenges faced to Costing IE
Rebalance The Line for 100% Eff. and get the confirmation from Production team
Provide Size wise Actual Consumptions for threads/Elastic/tape etc., Within 03 days of First Out to Merchant/Sourcing/Central IE/Stores & escalate for deviations
Carryout Production/Follow-up Studies on the Low Performing Operators
Do Daily Line Balancing optimally against on absenteeism & capacities
Do Kaizen to reduce SMVs based on the declared SMV for Efficiency Report
Update Skill Matrix periodically & generate report on skill improvement
