Plan, coordinate and implement all Information Technology infrastructure systems to ensure proper access to computer data / Information and prevent unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure of information and to maintain a secure system and network environment for Aljazira Capital as per the Security regulations.

- Ensures objective periodic administration of the performance appraisal process, complemented by ongoing coaching and training.
•Diagnose and evaluate IIT-JET clients' needs with regard to the IT systems architecture and supporting infrastructure for IT clients, and assist with Data Center design and Infrastructure architecture and installation.
