- Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at Factory  ( Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Warehouses, Logistics, Fleet management) In order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs and support other units at Market level.

-  Preparing and analyzing summary reports for all SC functions KPIs in the factory on monthly basis & monitor performances of the Unit.

-  Manage, guide and develop the factory supply chain teams to ensure:
1.   Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing production costs.

2. Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) makes raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.
 
3.  Material Handling runs warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and for finished goods within company guidelines (GWP); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.

-  Understand and implement regulatory requirements as per local law & as communicated by concerned authorities (SFDA / SABER / SASO/ FASAH/ Certificate of origin /Saudi Custom/ Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources -Senai platform for exemptions and security permit/Industrial License / Ministry of Water for exporting certificate /GS1 for new products barcodes /GAZT for HS code and exemption renewal.

- Negotiate all freights costs with shipping lines and implement rate agreements. Manage custom clearance of exporting and Importing requirements in timely manner to ensure goods reach the manufacturing sites on a timely basis with minimal damages and delays.

Responsible for the coordination & management of all performance & NCE initiatives within factory, acting as the single point of contact in the factory to achieve overall business objectives aligned with strategic roadmaps of cross- functional team of SH&E;Quality;Engineering;Technical & Production as per NCE rolling out program :

- Preparing and analyzing summary reports for all the functions in the factory (Quality, Safety, Production, Cost related..... etc.) on regular basis & Monitor performances of the Unit and update all 13 KPI's of the factory on monthly basis at GPS-BW platform.

- Fully Implementation of New GI 21.010-01 (Asset Intensity -Performance Measures for Manufacturing), GI 21.908 (Manufacturing Standards for Costing and Planning ) &( Stoppage Analysis Module-SAM 8 ) through the factory and yearly implementation of capacity summary tool study for all lines.



- Explore and initiate effectively and efficiency improvements, recommends methods/processes for effective capturing of data; recommend methods for improving utilization of material, utilities, and in some cases personnel.

- Analyzes given data and operating conditions; implements changes and follows-up on results by involving key responsible people and having the "user" participate as much as possible.

- Define and communicate NCE rollout plans for the Factory.

- Establish an adequate structure and resources allocation to support effective roll out of NCE.

- Assist Factory in establishing the right organization (people and structure) to support roll out of NCE Initiatives according to the NCE Operating Framework, NCE Foundations Implementation Strategy and the NCE Advanced Practices Implementation Strategy.

- Oversees the selection and allocation of resources to NCE initiatives in the Factory.

- Support in selecting the right resources identifying the right candidates if necessary.

- Provide overall support, assistance and directions to Executive Committee in the factory on NCE Initiatives.

- Responsible for TCA in own Factory and the coordination of it with market T&P and RIST

- Monitor and coordinate the overall establishment of NCE Pillars in the Factory according to the roll out plan, ensuring its synchronization.

- Coordinate efforts and oversee the deployment of NCE Initiatives within own Factory, aligned to Factory OMP and Business Priorities.

- Report to relevant stakeholders within Factory about the progress and status of NCE. & escalate issues to Factory Manager.

- Lead SHE KPI’s (Safety, Energy, Water, Waste, & GHG) targets setting with concerned de-partments and defining reduction projects to meet the Top-down targets

- Preparing and analysing summary reports for all the functions & update all KPI's of the factory on monthly basis on GPS platform.

- People development through continuous training on Goal Alignment Pillar, White Belt DMAIC, SAM8 and GI 21.010 & GI 21.908

- Identify financial losses across the production activities, and participate in the cost reduction projects using IPA & LTA methodology and updating and tracking the projects progress on I-nexus platform.

- Carries out & follow-up programs to maintain the achieved savings, to complete additional training, to detect further savings opportunities “Cost improvements, OpEx “, as well as ensuring the overall continuity of the project.
