- Supervise and control the production processes and parameters on shift basis in addition to make recommendation for developing relevant procedures.
- Participate in process quality and efficiency improvement efforts.
- Participate in process daily meeting and other processes improvement efforts.
- Follow up all row material trails to improve the quality or productivity.
- Monitoring of shift performance and problems troubleshooting.
- Execute production orders and assure product quality and quantity compliance to specs.
- Manage and administrate shift employees and supervising all non-production staff and activities outside normal working hours.
Implementing air quality measurements at plants (field work) and ambient air in Jordan cities, then reporting of projects and services results with discussing these results in some cases. Maintaining air quality monitoring equipments, Visit and check, in a continuous manner, all monitoring stations belong to ASD outside RSS.
Responsible for five reactors to produce all types of Alkyd resins, follow up the batch form checking its materials by technicians, then add this materials to the reactor by workers or by pumping, finally sampling by technicians. By this results I can treat the production process by adjust the temperature or add certain materials to increase or decrease the viscosity and so on for the rest of reactors.
