compliance and implement IFS/design raw materials specs and finish good specs/support product development team/ manage food safety team
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of Food Safety, Hygiene, Occupational Health and Environmental issues
• Perform FSMS audits and follow up corrective and preventive actions
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident / Accident Investigation reports and prepare / submit lessons learned to the management.
• Conducting Hygiene / HSE Trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Investigate the Non-conformance occurred in the work site in respect with food safety and prepare nonconformance report in order to take proper corrective and preventive action.
• Provide technical leadership role in the company and Train the key personnel and staffs on Hygiene / HSE awareness and documentation.
• Ensure Hygiene & HSE Training, Tool Box meetings and Drills are implemented as part of the Company’s HSE Training program.
• Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-boarding new clients
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Monitor and perform quality controls at kitchen, call centre, and dispatch
• Prepare and monitor key performance metrics
• Take a proactive approach to solving issues and ensuring project timelines are met
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth running of the business
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless
• Lead projects involving the adoption and integration of new appliances in the premises.
• Initiate communication with service providers to ensure all KITOPI operations are fully supported.
• Enforce a strict compliance to Dubai municipality codes in the work place
• Play a supportive role in any new initiatives or expansion plans that require implementation of kitchen appliances.
• Lead and direct sanitization team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
• Responsible to coordinate and oversee the kitchen team in a structured and daily routine ensuring the highest standards are met
• Identify operational weaknesses and gaps by regularly deep diving into all aspects of our JUMP Scooter operations
• Create & Optimize Process for scale. Closely align with city teams to understand our current processes, opportunities for increased efficiency, and areas where we can scale processes at a centralized level.
• Define, lead, and operationalize the short-term and long-term strategy for the Satellites Operations team.
• Assist in providing solutions at the team and clients level among all UAE kitchens satellites in collaboration with the Kitchen Managers
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’
• Set the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Supervise the maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Supervise the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Supervise the maintenance of heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Auditing the recipes and cost control.
Job Description
• Implement & monitor compliance to all the pre-requisite programs based on the HACCP Food Safety
Management system and Dubai Municipality requirements on food safety.
• Carry out periodic food safety inspections in the food related areas: receiving area, stores, kitchens and F&B
outlets and communicate the findings to the relevant departments for actions.
• Monitors production and preparation (cooking, Cooling, Handling, thawing, High risk foods) about following the
proper food control.
• Ensure that the HACCP records for delivery, sanitation of fruits and vegetables, storage, food thawing,
temperature control for cooking/reheating/blast chilling/hot holding/display/cold storage/dishwashing/outside
catering, are completed on time by the concerned associates, kept on file, reviewed and signed.
• Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Corrective action of Food Safety Management
System.
• Responsible for inspecting all supplier store and outlets on a monthly base.
• Handling of local Authority Inspection & third-party certification and surveillance audits, Customer
complaints handling, Record keeping.
• Fulfilling the requirements of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority as per its specified guidelines for
food establishments in Abu Dhabi
