Develop an operational plan and follow up its implementation.

• Organizing the GM’s appointments and reminding him of them, dealing with inquiries and
responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the GM.
• Preparing periodic memorandums related to the work of internal organizational units, and
conducting regular correspondence with external parties signed by the GM.
• Attending meetings, recording and editing minutes of meetings.
• Documenting and files related to the work of the GM.
• Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work report
• Applying the best practices of human resources management.
• Preparing project reports to be presented for top management .
• Administrative Supervision for the Center’s employees while executing their daily duties.
• Participates in the accomplishment of organizational, departmental and workgroup goals and
objectives.
• Supervises clerical and administrative support functions; directs and evaluates assigned staff;
ensures clerical activities support department staff and facilitate the operations of department
programs and services; establishes and implements office procedures and practices; and reviews
workflow and assignments.
• Prepares and/or processes administrative documents for the department.
• Establishes updates and maintains databases, files and records in automated information systems;
enters data into system files and databases; researches and retrieves information from databases;
incorporates data into assigned records and documents; creates statistical reports and summaries
from data; and generates automated reports from systems.
• Prepares documents, records, and forms requiring knowledge of department programs and services;
prepares operational, statistical, and financial reports; researches, compiles, consolidates, and/or
tabulates information; incorporates information from source documents into the preparation of
assigned materials; and composes, drafts and/or prepares correspondence and letters.
• Maintains department/program references such as policy books, vendor lists, Code books, training
manuals, standard operating procedures, and mailing lists.
