Handling reservation and bookings to all customers.
- Provides fare information and Deal with customers.
- Follow-up with customers for payments/queries by phones .
- Processes all the assistance for the passengers,
- Processes staff travel requirements.
- Issue the vouchers by ATC and manual codes .
- Processes confirmations processes special requests.
- Clear discrepancies or queries for all passengers.
- Fully booking and reissue manual and RVST.
- Answering all customers queries and requests with regard to bookings, airport terminals and online modifications and refunds using Amadeus or online .
- Handling all the Schedule Changes by involuntary reissue or revalidation .
- Working on queue to handle special services, time limit and schedule change as well
-Record and post of the payment transactions in the cash book and corresponding ledger accounts and make all Bank Reconciliations and handling any Day to Day book keeping.
-Verify payment documents and ensure that the supporting documents are adequately enclosed and ensuring that all payments comply with management policies and procedures and that all supporting documents are present and approved by the relevant authorities and properly filed.
-Timely tracking for all payment vouchers and reviewing of bank accounts to ensure that they are being properly settled within the reasonable time frame to ensure a proper managing of cash-flow and bank accounts replenishment.
-Reviewing Petty Cash transactions and verifying the supporting documents before posting them into the GL and before processing the disbursement of the petty cash.
