Chartered Senior Commercial Manager with 24+ years of pre and post-contract experience leading the end-to-end commercial management of multimillion-dollar construction projects across the Gulf Region from concept to launch. Responsibilities
● Lead, train, and support the preparation of commercial offer for PMC, CMS, and Design services new Bids.

● Secured and managed the full commercial scope of multimillion-dollar construction projects throughout the Middle East.
● Ensure stakeholders understand and adhere with their contractual liabilities.
